Paralegals play an essential role in the legal field, performing tasks such as legal research, drafting documents, and supporting attorneys in law firms, corporate offices, government agencies, and other professional settings. Formal training is key to preparing for this career.
This Paralegal course teaches you how to conduct legal research and interviews, perform legal analyses, and strengthen professional communication. You will also receive soft skills training to improve workplace effectiveness. The course concludes with a capstone project in which you build a complete litigation file and create a resume that highlights your new skills.
After completing the course, you will be prepared to sit for the Certified Paralegal exam through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), upon eligibility. Please review all exam requirements before registering.
Through our partnership with NALA, you will receive membership and access to the Certified Paralegal (CP) Exam Review courses. Enrollment is available with or without a voucher. The voucher covers the NALA exam fee; proctoring fees may apply.
