NPRC Wastewater Program

NPRC’s Wastewater Program

NPRC’s Wastewater Program prepares new operators and supports those already working in the field. Wastewater professionals play a critical role in keeping our water safe. They manage systems that treat water from wells, rivers, and reservoirs, ensuring it’s clean and safe for drinking and everyday use.

This program covers everything from basic math and chemistry to advanced topics like filtration, chlorination, and proper handling and disposal techniques. Students gain practical skills that help them serve their communities for years to come.
